We talked about different reasons we are fearful for the Holy Spirit to show up. We don't like pain, we might be embarassed, what if God doesn't show up, or we might have to DO something. We also compared someone who is filled with the Holy Spirit to Superman. He is Clark Kent as a normal person but when taken over by the Spirit he can leap giant buildings and has supernatural strength. This should be our normal....instead we just go through life trying to be good people.
